6 C rolled oats

1 C coconut flakes or shredded coconut

1 C sunflower seeds

1 C wheatgerm or oat bran

1 C sunflower seeds

1 C sesame seeds

1 C raisins

1 C honey

1 C peanut oil




Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spread on cookie sheets and bake for about 15-20 minutes, then stir. Bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful not to burn. You just want to get it crispy. Remove immediately from cookie sheets to storage container.

Delicious with milk, yogurt, nut or oat milks, and super healthy too!
