Use grassfinished beef for this delicious slaw-topped burger!

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 hamburger buns, split
Sesame-Soy Mayonnaise:
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbl. thinly sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Slaw topping:
1/2 c. romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
1/4 c. red cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. carrot, shredded
1 tsp. rice vinegar
In a small bowl, combine sesame-soy mayonnaise ingredients and refrigerate until needed.
In a small bowl, combine slaw ingredients and set aside.
Combine burger ingredients and shape into four patties about 1/2 inch thick. Grill or fry burger patties until desired internal temperature is reached, turning midway through cooking. Toast the buns for the final 2 minutes of cooking time.
To serve, spread mayonnaise on each bun. Top with burger and slaw. Enjoy!
